Abdi Ismail
Managing Partner

Abdi Ismail has over 15 years of Information Technology and Business leadership expertise.
As a serial Entrepreneur Abdi has started and successfully sold a number of companies in various industries including Technology Training, IT Staffing, Business Office Cleaning services, Large Print Production and Retail. He also held various corporate positions including broadband engineer, network engineer, project manager, regional director, Senior Technology Consultant, Director of information technology and Chief Executive Officer at Companies such as ADT Security Systems, AT&T Broadband, CableVision, Shaw Communications, Time Warner, IHS Energy, Husky Oil and Nexus IT.
Abdi is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science. Over the last 10 years he has directed and participated in supporting sales and business development functions of a variety of products and services, in the healthcare realm including new product rollouts, key account management, customer relationship development, and contract negotiations. Abdi also has extensive experience in developing innovative product positioning strategies to increase business value and support revenue growth for clients. He has also been involved with the strategic review and eventual implementation of projects for Non-profit and Governmental organizations worth Millions of Dollars.

Samuel Veerasingham

Samuel Veerasingham has over 23 years of Information Technology serving in the Capacity of Chief Technology Officer, Technology and Business Strategy Consultant, Technology Engineer, Technology Auditor with Medium and Large Global Organizations in North America, Europe and Asia. Samuel’s skills as a Technocrat and Technical Entrepreneur has earned him the reputation for providing businesses with solution that are visionary and cost effective. Samuel through his experience understands the need to allow Technology to serve Business Enhancement instead of allowing Technology to Drive the Business. The Fine balance of marrying Technology into a Business Model has been Samuel’s Forte for over 12 years. To date Samuel has partnered with Industry Giants such as Microsoft and Hewlett Packard to deliver projects in Millions of Dollars or have been independently part of Strategy Teams that have been instrumental in Road Mapping projects that have been blood line to Large Global Organizations as well Governments.

Mr. Veerasingham has a degree in Computer Science and Masters Certificate in Project Management from York University, Schulich School of Business as well trained and Certified in CMMI, ITIL as well ISO methodologies.
